Privacy notice

7Nexus LLC, operating as 7Nexus Solutions ("7Nexus," "we"), respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect and how we use it. We receive personal information when you submit a form on this website, call us or email us.

Information we collect

From employers: contact details, your organization, information about the roles you're hiring for, and any job description you upload.
From healthcare professionals: contact details, your resume and work history, license or certification information you choose to share, your LinkedIn profile if you provide it, and your job preferences. If you apply for a job, we record which position you applied for.
From your visit: basic technical information your browser sends to our website host, such as your IP address, device or browser type, and the pages you viewed. To limit spam and abuse, we also keep a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) version of the IP address used to submit a form.

Please don't send us sensitive information

We do not ask for and do not need your Social Security number, date of birth, banking details, copies of a driver's license or passport, medical records or patient information. Please leave them out of forms, resumes and uploads.

How we use it

To respond to you and manage recruiting searches.
To review your application or registration, and contact healthcare professionals about opportunities that may fit them.
To send confirmation emails and notify our team about submissions.
To operate and secure this website.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We seek your permission before submitting your profile to an employer for a specific opportunity, and we share only what's reasonably needed to present you for that opportunity. We also use service providers, such as our website host and email and business software providers, to run our business. Employer hiring requests are not published on this website.

How we protect it

This website uses encrypted connections. Resumes and other uploads are kept in protected storage and are available only to authorized 7Nexus team members who sign in to our administrative system. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you share.

How long we keep it

We generally keep candidate, employer and contact records for 24 months after their last update so we can consider you for future opportunities and manage our recruiting work. We may keep some records longer where the law or a business obligation requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics, and public pages do not set cookies. Authorized 7Nexus team members receive one strictly necessary cookie when they sign in to our administrative system. If this changes, we'll update this notice first.

Children

This website and our services are intended for employers and working professionals. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Updating or deleting your information

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email miniah.aldridge@7nexussolutions.com with the subject "Data request." We may need to keep some records where the law or a business obligation requires it, and we'll tell you if that applies.
