03Our recruiting process
It begins with better questions.
Your first conversation with us is a discovery meeting. Before any search starts, we want to understand:
- What makes this role hard to fill?
- What happens to your team while it stays open?
- Which qualifications are essential, and which are nice to have?
- What has and hasn't worked in past searches?
- What would make a recruiting partner useful to you?
From there, we search for professionals who match the role and setting, review each person's background before they reach you, and introduce candidates along with our notes. You keep every hiring decision.
04Direct-hire recruitment
Built for long-term hires.
How direct hire works
You choose the hire, and they become your employee on your payroll from day one. Staffing and travel contracts fill shifts. Direct hire is about adding a long-term member to your team.
How fees work
Our fees are contingency-based, with no upfront recruiting fee. A placement fee is due when you successfully hire a candidate we introduced, under agreed terms. The signed recruiting agreement controls, and we discuss fees in your discovery meeting.
