We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur and small business owner remotely. This part-time role is flexible and can grow into full-time for the right candidate..

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email inbox and respond to routine correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Research tasks and compile findings into summaries
  • Manage social media posting and basic content scheduling
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and file management

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of virtual assistant or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, and project tools (Trello, Asana, Notion)
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail • Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Availability of 20–25 hours per week, flexible schedule

Pay:

Pay: $15–$20/hr | Part-Time | Remote | Flexible Hours
