Business Development Representative - Houston, TX

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives.
This is a B2B sales role focused on closing staffing and workforce solution contracts with businesses.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Understand client hiring needs and workforce challenges
- Present 7Nexus staffing and workforce solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities
- Follow up with leads and close contracts
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable speaking directly with business owners
- Sales experience preferred (B2B or customer-facing roles is a plus)
- Ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable in a performance-based environment
Compensation
- 100% performance-based (commission-only)
- Uncapped earning potential
- Earn commission on every closed client contract
- Average performers can earn $75,000 – $150,000+ per year
- Top closers can exceed $200,000+ annually
- Income is directly tied to contracts closed and revenue generated
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in closing deals and want to earn based on results, not hourly pay.
